Each time you select a forced port function (speed, duplex, or crossover) the ports you enter next are the
complete new set of ports for that function. For example, if you enter ‘speed10’, then respond with only
(no ports) to the prompt “Enter forced 10 Mb ports:”, then no ports in the switch will be forced to 10
Mb, regardless of prior history.

‘Link10h’ technically auto negotiates, but ‘advertises’ only 10 Mb and full duplex capability. ‘Filter’, by
port, resets the port PHY if a (selectable) threshold number of collisions is exceeded in 20 seconds. These
functions are off in default, but can be useful in high interference or with other problematic conditions.
