Sensor optimisation
In the menu "
Sensor optimisation" you can
carry out special optimising adjustments on
the sensors and optimise e.g. by means of
the echos curve the installation position of the
sensor.
Meas. environment
• Choose the menu
"Instrument data/Parameter adjustment"
• Choose in the menu window "
Instrument
data parameter adjustment" the menu point
"Sensor optimisation", and click to "Sensor
A"
• First click to "Meas. environment".
The window "
Meas. environment" opens.
With the menu point "
Operating range" you
can define the operating range of the sensor
deviating from the "
Min/Max-Adjustment".
As a standard feature the operating range
corresponds otherwise to the Min-/Max-
Adjustment.
Generally it is useful to choose the operating
range approx. 5 % larger than the meas.
range.
In the example the meas. range has been
adjusted by the min./max. adjustment to
0,500 ... 3,400 m (min. adjustment 0,500 m,
max. adjustment 3,400 m).
You would then adjust the operating range to
0,400 … 3,500 m.
• Save the adjustments with "OK"
• Click in the menu window "
Meas. environ-
ment" to "Measuring conditions".
