NOTE: If blank sheets are not placed in the set of documents
to mark the location of the inserts, the DC440/432/430/426/
425/420 prints the image from the next page on to the insert.
¾ Working from the beginning
of the document set, count
through to the first insert.
¾ Using the arrow buttons scroll
through to the required page
number.
NOTE: If the insert is to be
blank, add a blank sheet to the
document set. For printed
inserts enter the page number
of the page as it appears in the
documents.
¾ Select [Add Insert]. The
insert programmed will
appear in the review window.
To correct an error, select
[Delete Last Insert].
¾ If necessary, select the paper
tray in the Insert Tray list that
the insert stock is to be fed
from.
NOTE: When using both insert
trays, switch between the Insert
Tray buttons to enter the insert
number and apply the
programming selections.
