Specifications
Use the following guidelines when selecting labels:
• The top sheet (printing surface), must be of printer/
copier quality and provide good toner adhesion.
• The carrier sheet must be compatible with the
temperatures and pressure of the fusing process, and
must be coated for easy release of the top sheet.
• The adhesives must be stable at the 392°F (200°C)
temperatures encountered for 0.1 second in the
printer’s fusing process, and must not produce
emissions that exceed exposure levels or threshold
limits established by OSHA and other safety agencies.
Adhesives must not come into direct contact with any
part of the printer.
