About the External Manager
An External Manager is a remote system, such
as the TANDBERG Management Suite (TMS),
used to monitor events occurring on the VCS,
for example call attempts, connections and
disconnections.
The use of an External Manager is optional.
In order to use an External Manager, you must
configure the VCS with the IP address or host
name and path of the External Manager to be
used.
If you are using TMS as your external
manager, use the default path of
tms/public/ external/management/
SystemManagementService.asmx
.
