System Snapshot

About the System Snapshot
The system snapshot is used for diagnostic purposes. It is a
file that can be sent to your system support representative at
their request to assist them in troubleshooting issues you may
be experiencing.
Creating a System Snapshot
To create a system snapshot file:
Maintenance > System Snapshot
.
You will be taken to the
System Snapshot
page.
Click on the
Create System Snapshot
button.
Save the resulting file to an appropriate location.

Changing the Administrator Password
To change the password used to log in to the VCS:
Maintenance > Passwords
.
You will be taken to the
Passwords
page.
You must restart the system for changes to take effect.

New password
Enter your new password here.
Delete password
Click here to reset the Administrator Password to a blank field.
Retype new password
Retype your new password here.
