To edit station speed dial number assignments
1. Highlight the Station
Speed Dial Numbers
option and press
Enter . The Station
Speed Dial Numbers
screen displays (shown
right).
Note To make entries or
edit the Telephone
Location, Log.
Port No., Int/DN
No. and Telephone
LCD User Name fields, you must access the System/Station Administration screen
under the System/Station Administration option.
2. Highlight the Physical
Port No. field and
press
F7 . The Port
Speed Dial Numbers
& Memos screen
displays (shown right).
3. Highlight the Speed
Dial Number field for
the appropriate Speed
Dial Bin Number.
Type the telephone
number (including area
code) and press
Enter .
4. Highlight the Speed Dial Memo field and enter a description of the speed dial number
(using up to 12 characters). This memo displays on the telephones LCD when the Bin
Number is selected by an LCD telephone using the MODE 8XXX function (where XXX
is the speed dial bin number).
5. Press F9 to save the entries and upload the data to the DK

press F10 to save the speed dial assignments and return to the System & Station Speed
Dial Administration screen
...or
press Esc to return to the previous menu without saving. A pop-up box appears: Data
modified. Save modified data?
Press Enter to save or N to return to the previous screen without saving.
