Color-Coding Your Schedule

Use color-coding to quickly spot different types of events. For example, make your
appointments with family green, work blue, and friends yellow.

From Day view, select the event description.

Select Details.

Select the Category pick list and select Edit Categories.

Select New, or select a category and then select Edit.

Enter the category name.

Select the color you want to give this category.

Select OK, and then select OK two more times.

You can now assign an event to this category. See the next section for details.

Editing or Deleting an Event

Select the event you want to change or delete.

Select Details.
