7. Show the operator the location of information on changing ribbon
cartridges (see Chapter 3, “Replacing Your Ribbon”).
8. Show the operator how to remove and replace the ribbon
cartridge. Emphasis should be on how to tell if the ribbon guide
is properly seated and how to check for twists or folds. See
Chapter 3, “Replacing Your Ribbon” for more information.
