3. At the
> prompt type: login password and press ↵ Enter.
The Connect Screen will appear with the login information and the
local prompt. The local prompt indicates that you are communicating
with the ANCB connected directly to the PC.
You are now ready to configure the ANCB, go to page 30.
Remote Connection
Log On Once your PC is connected to a network device you can connect to any
other device on the same network if you know the IP address of the
Maxum.
1. Open Windows HyperTerminal program on your PC.
2. Press
↵ Enter twice, the Command Request dialog box will appear.
3. At the
> prompt type: login password [IP Address].
Example: login password 192.167.0.1
Once the password is verified the system responds with the login
information and displays the remote prompt which includes the IP
address of the connected device.
