5-9 Printing Your Files
2 Insert one sheet into the manual feed slot.
The side on which you want to print must face down. The top of
the sheet (important if you use pre-printed forms) must point to
the front of the printer.
This means
that when
you are
standing in
front of the
printer, the
sheet must
be fed face
down with
the top edge
of the page
toward you.
3 As shown above, align the sheet against the input guide at
the left end of the manual feed slot. The left edge of the slot
is marked with ridges. Slide the paper into the slot.
The page is pulled in, printed, and delivered to the output bin.
4 If you selected multiple copies, do not insert the next sheet
until the message
INSERT MANUAL FEED
displays again.
