Prompt Set
Prompt Set determines the language used to display prompts.
All printers have the English prompt set. Other languages are
available as options.
To change the setting, follow steps 1 through 4 at the
beginning of this chapter. Then follow the steps below.

NOTE: The screen displays the right arrow only if you
have optional prompt sets.

Then press 6 . You will see

NOTE: The prompt above (and all the prompts after it)
will be in the language you select.
4. Press

twice to return to the Main menu and save
your changes.
NOTE: The printer will not save your changes if you turn
it Off before returning to the Main menu.
