Safety and General Information
ˆ The cord size is 18AWG for lengths up to 100 feet and 16AWG
for lengths up to 150 feet.
• Do not operate the Desktop Charger with a damaged cord or plug -
replace them immediately.
• Do not operate the Desktop Charger if it has received a sharp blow, has
been dropped, or has been damaged in any way; take it to a qualified
service technician.
• Do not disassemble the Desktop Charger; take it to a qualified service
technician when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may
result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
• Maximum ambient temperature around the power supply of the Desktop
Charger must not exceed 40°C (104°F).
• The output power from the power supply must not exceed the rating
given on the Desktop Charger.
• The disconnection from the line voltage is made by unplugging the
power supply’s transformer from the AC receptacle.
• To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the Desktop Charger from the
outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.
• For optimum performance, turn off the i1000plus while charging it in the
Desktop Charger.
• The Desktop Charger is for indoor use only.
