6. Record a name for the list, then press .
7. Enter any or all of the following types of destination addresses:
• Mailbox Number
• Group List Number
• 0 + last name; 0 + first name
Press after each entry is made.
8. Press to save all entries added to the list.
Reviewing/Deleting/Adding to a Group List
1. Log into Voice Mail. See “Accessing the Voice Mail Service After Set
Up” on page 33.
2. Press to reach the Personal Options Menu.
3. Press for group list options.
4. Press to review your group list directory.
5. Press to delete a group list. Enter the one- or two-digit
group list number that you wish to delete.
6. Press to modify a list. Enter the list number, then press .
7. Press to add an address to the list.
Reviewing/Changing Group List Names and Numbers
1. Log into Voice Mail. See “Accessing the Voice Mail Service After Set
Up” on page 33.
2. Press to reach the Personal Options Menu.
3. Press for group list options.
• Press to modify a list. Enter the list number, then press
.
• Press to review addresses on the list or
• Press to play the list name or
• Press to re-record a name for your group list.
• Record your list name, then press .
