Technician Review – Removal and Replacement Procedure No. 1
Removing and replacing the Idler Springs on the C11 Card Printers
without the Magnetic Encoder and for all C16 Card Printers
Step Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the
Printer.
2 Turn the Printer over after unplugging the power cord.
3 Remove the two (2) bottom access screws and cover.
4 Remove the four (4) screws, the two (2) Idler Springs (810480), and any
washers or spacers.
