Answering a Specific Line
Using trunk
group answer
keys Use trunk group answer keys to answer calls over a
specific trunk group.
Procedure To use this feature, press the flashing trunk group answer
key (or the key) to answer the call. You are
connected to the caller, and the call is moved to the lowest
numbered CAP available. If text is assigned to the trunk
group, you see it on your display:
• Inc Trnk indicates an incoming trunk call.
• 21 is the trunk number.
• WATS1TULSA is the name of the trunk.
