can be selected. The number of points available varies
with the AF-area mode.

The number of available focus points is reduced to one
quarter of the number available when [
All points ] is
selected. Use for quick focus-point selection.
• This has no effect on the number of focus points
available for live view photography in [
Pinpoint AF ]
and [ Wide-area AF (L) ] modes.
