Use Microsoft Windows Hyper Terminal, TCP/IP Winsock mode
HyperTerminal is a program that you can use to connect to other computers, Telnet sites, online services, and host
computers, using your modem, a null modem cable, a Console cable or Ethernet connection.
The users want to use the TCP Server mode to connect to a Ethernet Switch via Hyper Terminal, Winsock mode

From the WEB interface, set the Serial operation mode of ICS-210x to “TCP Server” and set the TCP Port Number to
“23”.
