Temperature sensor
DM3068 can directly measure the temperature using TC (Thermocouple), RTD
(Resistance Temperature Detector) and THERM (Thermistor) sensors.
For different temperature sensor, the conversion form and conversion
characteristics of temperature and electrical signal are different. For different
models of the same type of sensor, the characteristic parameters and
temperature-electrical signal corresponding relations are different. A temperature
sensor that conforms to ITS-90 standards should be used for measurement.
Press
New Temp to enter the following interface.
Type: choose a desired temperature sensor type from TC, RTD and THERM
and set the related parameters.
Unit: choose the unit of the measured temperature from ℃, ℉ and K. The
conversion relations between these units are:
℉
= (9/5) * ℃ + 32
K ≈℃ + 273.15
Done: save or apply the current temperature sensor configurations.
Press
to return to the upper-level menu.
For the temperature sensor measurement, connect the test lead and device under
test by referring to the connection method in “Measurement Connections”.
The following parts introduce the measurement parameters of each temperature
sensor.
