Line: the calculated curve is point-point tangential path having no curvature.
It applies to sensors having step-variation in the data or having variation based
on straight slope and better linearity within a certain area. This arithmetic
requires that the data segment contains at least 2 groups of
reference data.
Curve: the calculated curve is an approximate result that has a certain
curvature. It applies to data has unfavorable linearity. This arithmetic
requires that the data segment contains at least 5 groups of
reference data.
Tip
For some sensor, the corresponding relation curve might both contain data
segment with good linearity (Line arithmetic is recommended) and data
segment with poor linearity (Curve arithmetic is recommended); in this case,
you need to use the segment function to define different arithmetic for
different data segment.
5. Store and Recall Sensor Configurations
Input reference data pairs (measurement and corresponding values) for the
arithmetic curve to be used and the interface as shown in the figure below is
displayed.
Press
to finish the sensor property setting and returns to the User
interface. Then, press Done to enter the following interface.
Press Save, the multimeter enters the store and recall interface and the
backlight of
goes on.
