Working with Your Pictures

Using Galleries

When you transfer your pictures from the PhotoPC camera to your

Macintosh, they are stored in a gallery, shown on the right. Using the

slide show feature, you can turn a gallery into a slick presentation on

your screen.

You can easily rearrange the pictures in a gallery by clicking and

dragging. You can also open several galleries at once and drag

thumbnails from one to the other. This lets you organize your pictures by

subject matter, project, or in any way you want.

Adding or Changing Picture Information

In addition to displaying small thumbnail versions of your pictures and

short titles, galleries store more detailed information about each image.

You can pause the mouse pointer on the picture’s title to display the

following information on a title card:

Caption

File name and location

File size and media (hard disk drive, floppy disk, or CD).

Press Option and point to the title to display the following additional

information about your picture:

Number of colors

Dimensions

Resolution.
