(5) Life Expiration Group Check Signals

It is possible to check the life expiration status of a specific tool group.

Life Expiration Check Request Input Signal (TLCH, #30124)
This is the check start signal.

Life Expiration Group Number Input Signal (TLTGN01 to TLTGN7, #30230 to #30237)
This signal is output at the completion of the check.

Life Expiration Check Complete Output Signal (TLCEND, #35085)
This signal is output at the completion of the check.

Life Expired/Not-Expired Output Signal (TLANS, #35084)
At the completion of the check, this signal indicates whether the tools in the group have
been used to life expiration or not. If this signal is “closed”, it indicates that the tools in the
group have been used to life expiration and if the signal is “opened”, it indicates that the
group has tools available.

IMPORTANT

The tool group number to be checked (TLTGN0 to TLTGN7) must be input before the TLCH is
input.
