Importing Audio Files
You can import audio files in .wav, .mp3, and CD audio formats. NewsEdit LT
converts the imported file to the standard NewsEdit LT format, .pcm.
To import an audio file:
1. Choose File | Import | Audio .
The Import Audio window appears:
2. Navigate to the clip you want to import and select it.
3. Click Open .
A progress bar indicates the import status.
The imported audio file appears in the Bin; you can use it to add audio to your
sequence.
