Other Ways to Edit with NewsEdit LT
NewsEdit LT lets you access media clips from other computer systems. You can
import clips into NewsEdit LT and use them just as you would clips from tape.
You can import clips from another NewsEdit LT workstation or other machines,
and can also use a news script as a guide in creating your sequence.
This chapter discusses how to:
• Use clips already residing in the Bin
• Import files, including video, audio, EDL files, and DiskCam files
• Pull media files from a Profile Server
• Search for clips in the Bin or your workgroup
• Link to an existing news story
• Record to the Bin
