spanning-tree mst point-to point
Purpose Used to configure the ports to PTP status.
Syntax spanning-tree mst point-to-point
{forcetrue|forcefalse|auto}
Description To set the port to be point-to-point status.
Parameters Force TRUE
Force FALSE
Auto detection
Menu Multiple Spanning Tree Configuration -> Cist
Advanced Port
Restrictions Interface configuration
Example usage:
Set the port to be point-to-point to be forcetrue status
24P switch(config-if )# spanning-tree mst forcetrue
spanning-tree mst shutdown
Purpose Used to setup the rstp port function.
Syntax spanning-tree mst shutdown
Description To enable or disable the rstp function of the port.
Parameters None.
