spanning-tree mst enable
Purpose Used to turn on or off the STP protocol.
Syntax spanning-tree mst enable
Description To enable or disable Spanning Tree.
Parameters None.

Advanced Switch Configuration -> Multiple Spanning
Tree
Restrictions Global configuration
Example usage:
Enable the switches STP.

spanning-tree mst priority
Purpose Used to set the STP priority on the switch.
Syntax spanning-tree mst priority
Description To set up rapid spanning tree priority.
Parameters Valid priority

Set the switches STP priority to be 40960.
