Purpose Used to setup a port into a specific VLAN.
Syntax member [<1/[2,6-10], 1/3>]
Description To set port member for vlan.
Parameters <1/[2,6-10], 1/3> A list of port instances
Menu Advanced Switch Configuration -> VLAN
Management Menu
Restrictions Privileged EXEC
Example usage:
Set port 1/[3-5] to be vlan2 member
24P switch(config)# interface vlan2
24P switch(config-if)# member 1/[3-5]
forbidden
Purpose Used to disable the GVRP function for 1 port in a
VLAN.
Syntax forbidden [<1/[2,6-10], 1/3>]
Description To forbid the GVRP function of the port in one Vlan.
Parameters [<1/[2,6-10], 1/3>] A list of port instances
