Call Routing
Line Circuit Originated Calls. Calls coming from a Line Circuit may be switched to either the data
network as a VoIP call or to a Trunk Circuit typically for connection to another circuit switched net-
work such as the PSTN. The routing decision made by the Tenor is based upon your configuration
and the dialed number.

Trunk Circuit Originated Calls. A call coming from a Trunk Circuit may be switched to either the
data network as a VoIP call, a Line Circuit, or trunk typically for connection to a termination device
on the user’s premises such as a PBX. The routing decision made by the Tenor DX is based upon
your configuration and the dialed number.
