Printer Pauses and Retracts Media Periodically During
Print Jobs
Color deviation appears in the print
result. Confirm that the label set (size, shape,
and type) that displays color deviation
matches the label (size, shape, and type)
configured by the application software
or printer driver.
The area around characters or the layer
areas appear uneven. Confirm that the label set (size, shape,
and type) matches the label (size, shape,
and type) configured by the application
software or printer driver.
Overall appearance of the printed out-
put is not satisfactory. Ensure the correct media is being used.
Confirm that the label set (size, shape,

Printed media is wavy and rubbing
marks are left on the media. Confirm that the label set (size, shape,

of the media set and the media config-

If the media guide or transport area is
dirty, Clean the transport unit.
