3.6.4.2 Download File
NOTE: User needs to have at least read permission to the share
folder/sub-folder and to the file itself in order to download the file.
To download a file:
1. Select a folder or sub-folder where the file to be downloaded is located.
2. Select the file.
3. Select File menu and click “Download”.
4. Save (or open) the file.
3.6.4.3 Rename File
NOTE: User needs to have read and write permission to the share
folder/sub-folder and to the file itself in order to rename the file.
NOTE: Some characters, such as (, #, $, ^, and ”, are not allowed to
be used as file name.
To rename a file:
1. Select a folder or sub-folder where the file to be renamed is located.
2. Select the file.
3. Select File menu and click “Rename”.
4. Enter the new file name.
5. Click “OK” when done.
