Rear panel Connectors
This motherboard provides the following ports, as below:
PS/2 Mouse Port
This motherboard includes one standard PS/2 mouse port. You can con-
nect the PS/2 mouse directly into this port.
PS/2 Keyboard Port
This motherboard includes one standard PS/2 keyboard port. If you use a
standard AT keyboard, then you will need a converter to use this port.
Serial port: COM1
This motherboard includes one 9-pin common adapter for serial port COM1.
This port is the 16550 high-speed communication interface used to trans-
fer and receive 16-byte FIFO. You can connect the sequential mouse or
other sequential devices directly to the port.
Parallel Port (Printer Port)
This motherboard includes one 25-pin mother connector for LPT. The par-
allel port is a standard printer port which supports the enhanced parallel
port (EPP), ECP mode, etc.
VGA Connector (supported on 865A01G only)
The VGA connector is for output to a VGA-compatible device.
USB 2.0 Ports
These four Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports are available for connecting
USB 2.0 devices.
