Recommended Applications:
1. Video production and editing.
2. Image editing.
3. Pre-Press applications.
4. Any application requiring high bandwidth.
Follow the steps below to setup and use the RAID function:
BIOS configuration:
1. Enter the BIOS setup program by pressing the key after the POST
(Power-On Self Test ) Memory test begins.
2. Select Main menu, then the Integrated Peripherals menu.
3. Enter the Onchip IDE Device menu.
4. Switch the SATA Mode option to [RAID].
5. Press to save the BIOS setting and exit the BIOS setup program.
Creating, Deleting, and Resetting RAID Sets:
1. During the Power-On Self Test (POST), press the and keys
simultaneously to enter the Raid Configuration Utility. The following screen
menu appears.
Attention:
1. Two SATA HDDs of equal size must be used.
2. To support WinXP OS the RAID0 function must
be used with two SATA HDDs.
