If Mute/Freq is selected, and the unit is an MBT-5003-XUR Up Converter:
CONFIG CnvX:
Tx=On
Use the ▲ ▼ arrows keys to set Tx as ON or OFF (mute), then press ENT.
If Mute/Freq is selected, and the unit is an MBT-5003-XDR Down Converter:
CONFIG CnvX:
Rx=On
Use the ▲ ▼ arrows keys to set Rx as ON or OFF (mute), then press ENT.
Typical for both the MBT-5003-XUR and MBT-5003-XDR units, if Attenuation is selected:
CONFIG CnvX: Offst=+2.00
Attenuation = 00.00 dB
Note: Offst (Offset) will display only if the unit is an offline unit.

CONFIG: RefAdj (Reference Oscillator Adjustment)
Reference Frequency
Adjust: 087
Adjust the reference oscillator by using the ◄ ► arrow keys to select the digit to edit, then the ▲
▼ arrow keys to edit the value of that digit. Press ENT when done.
The default Reference Frequency tuning adjustment is 087, with allowable values from 0 to 255.

CONFIG: Redun (Redundancy)
Redundancy:
Disable/Enable Force
Note: While the user may select Disable/Enable or Force using the
◄ ►
arrow keys, the
Disable option is nonfunctional with the MBT-5003.
Redundancy Mode:
Disable Enable (◄ ► E)
Should the user attempt to select Disable using this menu, the following message displays:
Redundancy is always
Enabled for this unit.
The Disable/Enable menu will redisplay with the cursor set to Enable. Press ENT or CLR
to return to the previous menu.
If
Force is selected:
Press ENTER to Force
Converter A to Standby
As the display instructs, press ENT to force the redundant unit into standby mode.
