*) Status B only leads to a safe shutdown when the "broken shearpin

monitoring" option is activated (B2). If the option is not activated (B1),

only bit 9 of the diagnostic word will be set.

**) The speed output is "1" if the configured overspeed is not exceeded.

***) Input = 1: Speed monitor detects impulses

Input = 0: Speed monitor detects no impulses
