5 Telephone Programming
Programming with the Telephone
The X2020 telephone can be programmed using the telephone or through an Internet Web Browser or
using a combination of both. Telephone programming is done through a series of menus. There are two
different levels of menu, General and Administration. The General Menu is used when programming
basic information for a specific extension. The Administration menu is used to program network and
account information parameters.
