The Matrix MXC-6300 utilizes Intel

Rapid Storage Technology
provided by the Intel QM77 chipset, and supports RAID 0 and
RAID 1 levels, differentiated as follows.
RAID function is disabled by default. Activation procedures are as
follows.

(Striping):
Maximum Disk I/

but no disk error

RAID 1
(Mirrored):
Data is strongly
secured, but total
disk size is
halved.
