EDIT FILE
There are several places to enter information about the run and the vehicle used.
 Vehicle Name
 Weight
 Final Gear Ratio
 Tire Diameter
 Notes page
The speed data is used in 3 places. One of the locations is in the Playback page. In the playback mode, the
speed of the vehicle is displayed. The speed is also displayed in the Real-Time mode. At the bottom of the
Summary page, the maximum speed, minimum and average speed is displayed. In order to calculate the
speed, you must enter the Final Gear Ratio and Tire Diameter. The Final Gear Ratio and Tire Diameter
fields can be located at the bottom of the screen.
Each file can be customized by modifying the display and data settings. Customize the file by clicking on the
Customize File icon.
SAVE CHANGES
Before closing a file, the application will prompt you to save any changes.
You can do one of the following to manually save:
 Click the Save icon on the toolbar to save the changes
made to the currently selected file.
 On the menu bar, select File>Save.
PRINT DATA
The Novak Sentry Data Acquisition application provides 2 print features. The data table in the Data page can
be printed or exported, and the graph display in the Graph page can be printed.
You can do one of the following to print:
 Click the Print icon on the toolbar to print.
 On the menu bar, select File>Print.
