Timer Playback
This unit turns on and piays the desired source (CD,
TUNER, USB, iPod, AUDiO iN, AUX) at a preset time.
This unit has 2 types of timer.
Once timer
Once timer piay works for one time oniy at a preset
time, to piay the seiected source.
(0 indicator)
Daiiy timer
Daiiy timer piay works for severai times of the preset
time and dates, to piay the seiected source. For
exampie, this timer can be set as an aiarm ciock every
morning.

Tosetthetimerplayback
Before setting timer:
• Check that the ciock is set to the correct time.

• Connectthe USB device, iPod.iPhone/iPad, or
set the disc to be used for the Timer piayback.
1 Press the [O] button to turn on the power.
• After seiecting “TUNER”, press the
repeatediy to seiect the preset broadcasting
channei, and then press the [ENTER] button.
• “No Preset” indicator is dispiayed if the
broadcasting is not preset, and the timer
setting is canceiied.
6 Press the buttons to set the date,
and then press the [ENTER] button.
• if “Once” is seiected in step 3, seiect the date.
• if “Daiiy” is seiected in step 3, seiect the starting
and ending dates.
Exampie) To set from Monday to Friday, seiect
“Mon-Fri”.
7 Press the buttons to set the hour,
and then press the [ENTER] button.
8 Press the [^◄/^w] buttons to set the minute,
and then press the [ENTER] button.
9 Set the time to finish as in steps 7 and 8
above.
10 Adjust the voiume with the [VOLUME
V/A]
button, and then press the [ENTER] button.
• Donotturnthevoiumeuptoohigh.
11 Press the [0] button to enter the standby
mode.
TiMER LED iights up and the unit is readyfor
timer piayback.
2 Press and hoid the [CLOCK/TiMER] button.
3 Within10seconds,pressthe[^M/^N]
button to seiect Once Timer or Daiiy Timer,
and then press the [ENTER] button.
4 Within10seconds,pressthe[^M/^H]
button to seiect “Timer Set”, and then press
the [ENTER] button.
5 Press the [^◄/^N] button to seiect the timer
piayback source (CD, TUNER, USB, iPod,
AUDiO iN, AUX), and then press the [ENTER]
button.

• When the preset time is reached, piayback wiii
start. The voiume wiii increase graduaiiy untii
it reaches the preset voiume. “TiMER LED” wiii
biink during timer piayback.
• When the timer end time is reached, this unit
wiii enter the standby mode automaticaiiy.
Once timer
The timer wiii be canceiied after the timer
operation is compieted.
Dailytimer
Timer setup wiii be continued untii canceiied.
Cancei the setting when it is not in use.
