How to enter letters and symbols
The dial keypad and direct call station can be used as alphabet and symbol character input keys.
Pressing each key will alternately select a character as shown below.

Special uses of the direct call station keys
Direct call stations 2, 3 and 4 are used as command keys.
The layout of the direct call station keys is printed on the reverse side of the directory card.
Remove the directory card cover with a pencil or similar object as shown, and turn over the directory card.
