4. Making and Receiving Fax Calls

Receiving in the EXT. TAM mode

Set to the EXT. TAM mode by pressing the RECEIVE MODE button.

This mode is used only when an External Telephone Answering Machine {EXT. TAM) has been connected

to the facsimile unit.

When a call is received, an incoming voice message will be recorded on the answering machine, and a fax

call will be received on the facsimile unit.
