You can dial a phone number automatically using one-touch dialing or speed dialing.

For storing phone numbers into memory, see page 24.

Using one-touch dialing:

■ For upper stations 1 to 6:

Press the desired direct call station key.

■ For lower stations 7 to 12:

Press

LOWER,

then press the desired

direct call station key.

Using speed dialing:

Press

DIRECTORY,

then press # and the

desired 2-digit number (00-27).

Helpful hint:
• You can also use the electronic telephone

directory to make a voice call (see page 34).

Transmitting documents using automatic diaiing

You can transmit documents automatically using one-touch dialing or speed dialing.

For storing phone numbers into memory, see page 24.

O Insert the documents FACE DOWN until a

beep tone is heard.

Press the desired direct call station key.

■ For lower stations 7 to 12:

then press the desired

• If there is no answer or the line is busy, the unit

will automatically redial the number (see item
