Insert a pre-recorded
tape
into the Playing
(Source) VCR

Insert a blank tape
with record tab into the
Recording (Editing) VCR
Select Input “LINE”
on the
Recording (Editing) VCR.
(See "Selecting the
Input Mode" at right)
Push PLAY
on Playing VCR
Push PAUSE
at the point you
want to start copying
Push REC and PLAY
at the
same time on Recording VCR.
Push PAUSE
immediately
Push PAUSE
on both
VCRs (at the same time),
to bexun copying.
Edit Out Unwanted Parts
of the original recording by using the PAUSE button
(on the Recording unit) while copying is in progress
Push STOP
on both
VCRs to stop copying.
To Monitor the Re-Recording
1 Turn the TV on and select its VCR channel
(CHS or CH4) on the Recording VCR
2 Set the VCR/TV selector on the Recording
VCR to the “VCR" position
