Using the Auto Bass
Chord Section
In addition to the dynamic rhythm accompani­
ments described in the previous chapter, the
DSR-500 also features an automatic chord ac­
companiment system. This system automati­
cally adds the chords you select to the rhythm
accompaniment of your choice. An appropri­
ate bass line is automatically added at the
same time also.
In the Single Finger Chord mode, you can
“play” three- or four-note chords and bass
notes using a single finger. In the Fingered
Chord mode, more experienced players can
finger their own chords and continue getting
the bass and rhythm backup.

step 1. Selecting the Fingered Chord
mode
Press the AUTO BASS CHORD selector ®
once to select the Fingered Chord mode. The
AUTO BASS CHORD selector’s LED will light
up when this mode is selected.

Neben der im vorigen Kapitel beschriebenen
dynamischen Rhythmus-Begleitung bietet das
DSR-500 auch ein automatisches Akkord-
Begleitungssystem. Dieses System fügt die
von Ihnen gewählten Akkorde automatisch zur
Rhythmus-Begleitung Ihrer Wahl hinzu. Außer­
dem wird gleichzeitig eine geeignete Baßlinie
hinzugefügt.
In der Einfingerakkord-Betriebsart können Sie
drei- oder viertönige Akkorde und Baßtöne
mit nur einem Finger “spielen”. In der
Fingerakkord-Betriebsart können geübtere
Spieler Ihre eigenen Akkorde greifen, Baß und
Rhythmus werden vom Instrument gespielt.

Schritt 1. Aktivieren der

Drücken Sie den AUTO BASS CHORD-
Schalter ® einmal, um die Fingerakkord-
Betriebsart zu aktivieren. Dann leuchtet die
LED des AUTO BASS CHORD-Schalters.

DSR-500 comporte un dispositif d’accompa­
gnement par accords automatiques qui ajoute
les accords que vous choisissez à l’accompa­
gnement rythmique de votre choix. Une ligne
de basse adéquate est également jouée en
même temps.
En mode de fonctionnement “A un seul
doigt”, vous avez la possibilité de “jouer” des
accords de trois ou quatre notes et des notes
de basse avec un seul doigt. En mode de
fonctionnement “A plusieurs doigts”, vous
jouerez toutes les notes des accords tandis
que la basse et le rythme vous accom­
pagnent.

Ce mode de fonctionnement est appelé en
appuyant une fois sur le sélecteur AUTO
BASS CHORD ®. La diode associée s'éclaire.

Además de los acompañamientos rítmicos di­
námicos explicados en el capítulo anterior, el
DSR-500 también viene provisto de un siste­
ma de acompañamiento automático de acor­
des. Este sistema agrega automáticamente al
acompañamiento rítmico de su preferencia los
acordes que usted selecciona. Al mismo tiem­
po se añade, también automáticamente, una
línea de bajo apropiada.
En la modalidad de acorde de un solo dedo,
usted puede “tocar” acordes de tres o cuatro
notas y notas de bajo empleando un solo de­
do. En la modalidad de acorde digitado, los
ejecutantes de mayor experiencia pueden di-
gitar sus propios acordes al mismo tiempo
que obtienen el apoyo del bajo y del ritmo.

Paso 1. Seleccione la modalidad de
acorde digitado.
Pulse una vez el selector AUTO BASS
CHORD ® para seleccionar la modalidad de
acorde digitado. El LED del selector AUTO
BASS CHORD se encenderá al seleccionar
esta modalidad.

rhythm
Select a rhythm using the procedure described
in Chapter 6. Start the rhythm using the START
or KEY START button.
Note:
The Fingered Chord function is not operable unless a
rhythm is running.

eines Rhythmus
Wählen Sie nach dem in Kapitel 6 beschriebe­
nen Verfahren einen Rhythmus an. Starten Sie
den Rhythmus mit dem START- oder KEY
STARTSchalter.
Hinweis:
Die Fingerakkord-Betriebsart funktioniert nur dann, wenn
ein Rhythmus gespielt wird.
2ème étape: Choix et déclenche­
ment d’un rythme
Choisissez un rythme en procédant comme il
a été dit au Chapitre 6 et déclenchez ce
rythme au moyen des sélecteurs START ou
KEY START.
