In addition to the basic start and stop opera­
tions, the DSR-500's Key Start and IntroVEnd-
ing features offer you a different way of starting
and stopping the rhythm.
Key Start
The KEY START selector synchronizes the
rhythm with your melody performances. To
enter this mode, just press the KEY START
selector
In the normal mode, the rhythm is now set to
begin as soon as any key on the keyboard is
pressed.
In the Finger Chord mode (refer to Chapter 7),
however, the rhythm is now set to begin as
soon as a chord is fingered on the Lower Key­
board section
In the Single Finger Chord mode (refer to
Chapter 7), however, the rhythm is now set to
begin as soon as any key of the Lower Key­
board section is pressed.
lntro./Ending
The INTRO./ENDING selector © also starts
and stops the rhythm. However, it adds an in­
troductory or an ending phrase while doing
so.
• The rhythm will start after a 2-bar intro-
phrase when the INTRO./ENDING selector
is pressed.
• If the INTRO./ENDING selector is pressed
while the rhythm is running, the rhythm will
stop after a 2-bar ending phrase.
Step 4. Adjusting the volume
Use the ACCOMR VOLUME control (3) to ad­
just the volume of the rhythm in relation to the
melody notes played on the keyboard.
Step 5. Adjusting the tempo
The TEMPO controls ® allow you to alter the
tempo within a range of J = 40 - 280. Press
the TEMPO A selector to increase the tempo,
and the TEMPO ▼ selector to decrease the
tempo.

Tastenstart
Der KEY START-Schalter synchronisiert den
Rhythmus mit Ihrem Melodiespiel. Zum Akti­
vieren dieser Funktion brauchen Sie nur den
KEY START-Schalter @ zu drücken. In der
normalen Betriebsart startet der Rhythmus, so­
bald Sie irgendeine Manualtaste anschlagen.
In der Fingerakkord-Betriebsart (siehe Kapitel
7) startet der Rhythmus, sobald ein Akkord auf
dem unteren Manualbereich @ gegriffen wird.
In der Einfingerakkord-Betriebsart (siehe Kapi­
tel 7) startet der Rhythmus, sobald irgendeine
Taste des unteren Manualbereichs angeschla­
gen wird.
Outre les sélecteurs START et STÖR le
DSR-500 possède d’autres sélecteurs pour le
déclenchement et l’arrêt du rythme.
Déclenchement synchronisé
Le sélecteur KEY STAFIT @ permet la
^nchronisation du rythme et de votre exécu­
tion de la manière suivante;
En mode de fonctionnement normal, le
rythme commence dès que vous enfoncez
une touche du clavier.
En mode de fonctionnement dit ‘A plusieurs
doigts” (reportez-vous au Chapitre 7), le
rythme commence dès qu’un accord est joué
sur la partie inférieure du clavier @.
En mode de fonctionnement dit ‘‘A un seul
doigt” (reportez-vous au Chapitre 7), le rythme
commence dès que vous enfoncez une des
touches du clavier inférieur.

Der Rhythmus kann auch mit dem INTRO./
ENDING-Schalter ® gestartet und gestoppt
werden. Dabei wird jedoch eine Einleitung
bzw. ein Finale hinzugefügt.
• Wenn der INTRO./ENDING-Schalter
gedrückt wird, startet der Rhythmus nach
einer einleitenden Phrase von 2 Takten.
• Wird der INTRO./ENDING-Schalter ge­
drückt, während der Rhythmus aktiviert ist,
stoppt der Rhythmus nach einer Endphra­
se von 2 Takten.

el instante de pulsar una tecla cualquiera.
En la modalidad de acorde digitado (consulte
el capítulo 7), sin embargo, el ritmo comienza
cuando se digita un acorde en la sección del
teclado inferior®.
En la modalidad de acorde de un solo dedo
(consulte el capítulo 7), sin embargo, el ritmo
comienza al pulsar una tecla cualquiera de la
sección del teclado inferior.
Comienzo/Terminación
El selector INTRO./ENDING ® también sirve
para comenzar y detener el ritmo. Sin embar­
go, añade en el proceso una frase de intro­
ducción o finalización.
• El ritmo comenzará después de una frase
introductoria de 2 compases al pulsar el
selector INTRO./ENDING.
• Si se pulsa el selector INTRO./ENDING
mientras se está ejecutando el ritmo, éste
se detendrá después de una frase de fina­
lización de 2 compases.
Paso 4. Ajuste del volumen
utilice el control ACCOMR VOLUME (D para
ajustar el volumen del ritmo de acuerdo con
las notas de la melodía ejecutadas en el teclado.
Paso 5. Ajuste del tempo
Los controles TEMPO ® le permiten variar el
tempo dentro de la gama de J = 40-280.
Pulse el selector TEMPO A para aumentar el
tempo y el selector TEMPO T para disminuirlo.
