•This mode adds 5 channel surround effects to normal stereo
sources.
•SUPER SURROUND is only effective if speakers are used. No dis­
cernable effect wiil be heard through headphones.
Press [SUPER SURROUND] and select MOVIE
mode or MUSIC mode.
Each time the button is pressed;
MUSiC-^MOViE-^off

To turn off the SUPER SURROUND mode
Press [SUPER SURROUND] to select “off’.
To adjust the volume of surround speakers while enjoying the
source
While enjoying the desired source:
® Press [CH SELECT].
(D Press [▼] or
[A]
to adjust the output level.
Reference
Add audio effects to improve the surround effect.
•When the center speaker is put on the TV set, this mode makes it
seem like the sound from the center speaker is coming from wflthin
the television.
•This mode can only be turned on if the [CENTER FOCUS] lamp is
orange. The mode cannot be used if the lamp is off.
^ Press [CENTER FOCUS].
The [CENTER FOCUS] lamp turns green.
To turn off the CENTER FOCUS mode
Press [CENTER FOCUS].
With the remote control
® Press [AV EFFECT] ([SH[FT]-h[ANGLE]).
® Press [◄] or [►] so the [CENTER FOCUS] lamp flashes.
(3) Press [▼] (off) or
[A] (on).
The [CENTER FOCUS] lamp will stop flashing in a while.
