Use this mode when playing sources recorded with Dolby Surround.
Press [□□ PRO LOGIC, OFF/ON].
Hie [□□ PRO LOGIC] lamp lights.
Playback a Dolby Surround source.
To turn off DOLBY PRO LOGIC
Press [DO PRO LOGIC, OFF/ON],
The [□□ PRO LOGIC] lamp goes out.
To adjust the volume of each speaker El
by remote control only
• Sit in the normal listening position and make the adjustments with
the remote control.
•Before adjusting, disconnect the headphones and microphone (if
you can use). Audio effect and karaoke mode should be "FLAT or
“OFP.
Preparation:
Press {DD PRO LOGIC, OFF/ON] to turn on DOLBY PRO LOGIC.
® Press jTEST] ([SHIFT]+[CH SELECT]).
A test signal is output.
The speaker outputting the test signal is displayed while the test is
running.
L: Front speaker (Left)
C: Center speaker
R: Front speaker (Right)
S: Surround speakers
(2) Press [VOLUME {- or +)].
Set the volume to the norma) listening level.
@ Press [A] or [T].
Adjust the output level.
Adjust the output level of the center and surround speakers so
they are the same apparent level as the front speakers.
A: Increases the output level
T: Decreases the output level
• Repeat step @ to adjust the level accordingly.
•To select a specific channel to make volume adjustments, press
[CH SELECT]. Each time it is pressed, the display changes to show
level adjustments for the center speaker and surround speakers.
To stop the test signal
Press [TEST] ([SH1FT]+[CH SELECT]).
To adjust the volume of each speaker while enjoying the source
While enjoying the desired source:
® Press [CH SELECT] to select the speaker.
Each time the button is pressed:

@ Press [▼] or [A] to adjust the output level.
