9.1.7 OAM Admin State
This setting enables or disables OAM in the 9145E.
9.1.8 OAM Mode
Two modes can be configured in every port of the 9145E. In active mode, the port initiates the
autodetection procedure with the far end, and can initiate remote loopback requests. When two
ports are connected, at least one side must be in active mode. Passive mode cannot initiate
functions such as loopback or generate a critical event.
9.1.9 OAM Loopback Command
This command allows you to start or terminate an existing remote loopback.
9.1.10 Process Rx Loopback OAM PDU
This setting allows you to process or ignore incoming OAMPDU.
9.1.11 FWD Critical Event
This setting controls whether a user port will send a critical event when the corresponding
network port goes down. This setting is operational only if an All-to-One Bundling service
multiplexing is configured on the user port. The attribute is not configurable for Network Ports.
