• Email activation in Inbox or File Cabinet
The Email dialog box includes standard TO, CC, Subject, and Attachment fields.The
attachment: name for the attached PDF file automatically includes the patient ID.
Backup and Recovery.
For the PCH100, a Backup and Restore feature is provided through the System Settings.
The backup allows the database, and optionally the data files, to be copied into a separate
folder that is time stamped. The restore process can be used in the case of an error or a
corrupted database. The restore process will restore information from previous backup.
It is highly recommended that Backups are performed on a regular basis to prevent lost of
data. (Note: backups should be performed by those with suitable maintenance and
software knowledge).
