Remove the battery door.

Remove the SD card from the recorder.
4.
Start the Holter software application and select Test Startup.
5.
Enter patient information as desired. If this test has a previous recording, use search
to find the patient information. Select Next.
6.
If the SD card has not been inserted into the reader, the window displays an
animation until the card is inserted.
7.
Select channels and recorder.
8.
Select Finish.
9.
Insert the configured SD card into the recorder.
10.
Insert a new battery (HR100) or batteries (HR300/1200). Note the polarity.
11.
Slide and secure the battery cover onto the recorder.

HR 100 — The LED flashes green in a sequence of two flashes, pause, three flashes,
pause, four flashes, pause, then flashes once approximately every three seconds
when operating. If the LED flashes yellow (any sequence) see
•
HR100, HR 300 & HR 1200 — The LCD window shows the time of day after the
recorder self-diagnostics are complete (approximately 10 seconds). The recorder is
collecting ECG data and functioning properly. After the self test, the recorder will
display ECG on the display for 5 minutes and then display the current time. If the
recorder does not display time or displays an error code, see
12.
Place the recorder into the carrying case. Secure the carrying case and recorder on
the patient.

Write the start time, date, and patient data in the patient diary.
Recorder Manual Initialization - (Supported on HR100 Recorders that have an LCD)

Insert an SD card into the recorder.
4.
Insert a new battery. Note the polarity.
5.
After a few seconds the LCD will display E2 – Initialize.
6.
Enter manual initialization by pressing both event buttons simultaneously for 2
seconds.
7.
Manual initialization allows entering of a four digit Patient ID, Duration and number of
Channels.
