Normative values

The table below presents normative values for 1000-Hz tympanometry for NICU babies

Interpreting 1000-Hz results

Pass

A normal tympanogram will yield a PASS result. The displayed numerical value represents
the compensated admittance.

Condition which causes a PASS message:

Peak Ya greater than or equal to 0.6 mmho
